When Lou Hobaica asked me to become his service manager I was one of eight techs. In two short years I was able to develop a fast track apprenticeship program and build the service department to 20 field techs. My focus was to create a machine of a team that focuses on employee, their career and personal income. With a employee first approach and high expectations our team is able to deliver top notch customer service and experience. I was going to build the team I always wanted to be apart of. Our technician retention grew and have a constant flow of candidates looking to be apart of something great. I would like to share my journey on how I changed my own thought process of leading a team through strength to being a servant to the group.
